Orbs

Wonder Orbs, usually just called Orbs, are a category of item. Each variety of orb acts differently. Some target yourself, others target your whole Team (regardless of distance), some target an enemy, others target the whole floor of enemies, and yet others target the floor a bit more literally.

Some Orbs have similar effects to certain Wands, such as the Blowback Orb and the Whirlwind Wand.

Self-target Orbs

• Decoy Orb - Using this draws all the attention of enemy Pokémon towards you. - This Orb is sewn together with green fabric, with an irritating powder inside it.
• Evasion Orb - Using this boosts your evasion for the rest of the battle. - This Orb is strangely hard to hold on to, beign rather slippery.

  Team-target Orbs

• Escape Orb - When triggered, will warp the user and their allies to the pre-calibrated spot. This is calibrated geographically. Yes, even if you’re time-displaced within a dungeon. Ask me how I know this. - This Orb is generally made with blue glass, and contains a bright white light in the center of it.
• Luminous Orb - When used, it will display a map of the floor on its surface. It will shatter once you take the stairs, though. - This Orb is made of green glass and is completely dark on the inside. It pulses with green light while in use.

Miscellaneous Orbs

• Cleanse Orb - When used, cleans your Grimy items. Has no effect on Grimy Food… - This Orb is made a soft, flaky pink stone. Eating it is toxic.
• Drought Orb - When used, it drains liquid from the floor. It has no effect on underwater Dungeons. - This Orb is made of transparent glass with a small metal drain on its top. Using it sluuurps all the liquid into it, and then it disappears!
• Hail Orb - When used, changes the Weather to Hail on the floor. - This Orb is made of light blue frosted glass. It feels really, really cold to the touch.
• One-Room Orb - When used, it will tear down all walls on the floor, turning the floor into one giant room. This will trigger any Monster Houses on the floor.
• Sunny Orb - When used, changes the Weather to Sunny on the floor. - This Orb is made of orange glass and glows faintly in the dark. It’s warm and dry to the touch.
