Vulcan the Charizard is Head of a Rescue Organization in the Eastern Peninsula. He was first seen in person when he visited the Guild. He uses he/him pronouns.

Vulcan wears a blue Rescue Scarf with a Rescue Badge pinned to it at the base of his neck.

He speaks Satojiran.

Relationships

Vulcan is, presumably, at minimum good friends with Rescue Head Sakura.
