Hydreigon, father of Zweilous and Champion of Dialga

Hydreigon is a professional Treasure Appraiser in Archa City. He has also been known as Zweilous and Deino.

Hydreigon’s scales shimmer with a color not unlike the One Who Breathes Time.

He speaks at minimum Satojiran, though likely has more-than-passing knowledge of various other languages.

He is friends with Guildmaster Baxcalibur and Volcarona. He is, assumedly, also friends with Rillaboom.
